Following purchase, our technical team will review your submitted device information to confirm compatibility and apply the relevant support service to your registered device where eligible.

This offering is intended for use with customer-owned equipment and supports proper application setup and performance on supported platforms.

To complete provisioning, customers must provide:

  • Device Model Number

  • Device Serial Number

  • Confirmation of hardware ownership

 

  • All services are manually reviewed and applied to customer-owned devices following compatibility verification.

    Provisioning is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving valid device registration details.

    This is a device-bound support service and is not a transferable product.

 

REFUND POLICY

Customers may request cancellation and a full refund at any time prior to service provisioning.

Once the support service has been applied to a registered customer-owned device, the service is considered fulfilled and becomes non-returnable.
